Welcome to the official Guildford County Soccer Club Website. Guildford County is
one of the Granville & Districts Soccer Football Association Inc. largest sporting
clubs and provides the opportunity for anyone, regardless of age, gender or skill level, to play soccer.
Guildford CountySoccer Club is a volunteer run organisation aimed at promoting soccer within the Guildford area. We
cater for girls, boys, men and women of all ages with one primary goal..... to provide a safe friendly environment for people
to play soccer with an emphasis on having FUN!!
For those who have already registered in the last season, or are thinking of registering for 2008, why not consider
volunteering for the committee. You don't have to take up a formal role or commit endless hours of your time to the
job, but your assistance can make an enormous difference to the success of the club. As GCSC is a volunteer run organisation,
it simply can not function without players, parents and other interested parties volunteering to help out.
Sponsorship
The club provides a wide range of opportunities for participation in sponsorship activities that offer
support to promotional, awareness, and loyalty programs employed by businesses. These opportunities are backed by a club whose
aim is to present a responsive attitude and effort unmatched by any other club at an equivalent level.

Dedicated supporter of Guildford County Soccer Club,
Ron Mondy, was overwhelmed, when he learned Parramatta Council had approved naming the club's soccer ground in his honour
and the nearby playground in honour of his late wife, Margaret Finnie.
Ron Mondy and Margaret Finnie held nearly every committee
position at some point including vice-president, secretary, coach, manager, groundsman, line marker, gear manager, barbecue
cook, hall hire manager and canteen manager.
Last August, a frail Mr Mondy caught a train
to Dubbo one Saturday morning to see the under 17s grand final, which the team won by six goals to nil, and then another train
back to Sydney on the Sunday morning.
